Picture Perfect Rim

This is a double treat, consisting of paining a beautiful owl all by yourself, and also creating a beautiful rim by weaving on a piece of gourd for the frame! We will divide the class and teach each half, then switch so you will be sure to complete both projects in class and make one very pretty framed and unique picture.

Dragonfly in Flight

This is a beautifully finished table or shelf piece of a glassy winged dragonfly. He is created using a piece of dichroic glass for the abdomen, and a quikwood sculpted body, and a rim made from an open weave ribbon in several colors and waxed linen thread. Using your woodburner, an oval frames the dragonfly and veins are burned onto the wings to create unique patterns. A rim completes your piece.

World of Chained Beading

Instrustor will provide a number of patterns to trace onto a gourd, then attach beaded chain to the gourd. Only one pattern will be worked during the class. The instructor will be able to sell additional beads if the student would like to do more designs.
