You are welcome to bring items to place in the Sales Tent.
As a reminder, 10% of the total sales of your items goes to the SC Gourd Society. Just remember , you'll need to complete a Form (located below) for your items BEFORE you leave them at the sales tent.

Please use the below forms to submit your application.

Key Points:
* Include all information and a picture in .JPEG format for the website.

* Applications are required to be submitted by email to the address on the form. Do NOT submit directly to any board member or Ghost Creek Gourd Farm.

* If you are unable to submit your application following this process, email using the address on the form for acceptable alternatives.

Download the below forms to your computer by double clicking and opening on your computer.
* If you have Microsoft Word, you can fill out the Word version on your computer then print. Otherwise, please print either form (Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF versions provided) and fill the form in.
* If you printed and completed the form manually, take a picture with your phone or use an iPhone application like TurboScan to scan to PDF format. Return the form either as a Word Document or PDF or .JPEG picture for your submission.
